James Sayegh
Jim Sayegh is the Founder and CEO of Cricket Hill. He has led millions of square feet of development nationwide that have included multi-family, mixed-use, student housing, retail, office and self-storage. Mr. Sayegh previously led development at Elmdale Partners, where he helped lead its self-storage platform's growth into a top 75 national storage company. Before that, he launched his first investment and development firm at age 24 and went on to deliver multiple award-winning adaptive re-use and value-add projects across the Midwest and Northeast. Jim holds several degrees from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and has served in multiple civic and nonprofit advisory roles.
